Returns

Orders may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact for new items.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds

If you are requesting a refund, please note that we will only refund the cost of the item, not including any shipping or handling charges. If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund using the same method of payment that you used for your original purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please contact our customer service team at (585) 454-4987 or email us at dock@dockhardware.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return.

Note: Exchanges not available for all items. In the event an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
