This is a Pneumatic C&C Mfg Non-Rotating dual rod 1 1/4" Stroke - 1 1/2" Bore Air Cylinder, No. NC02A-E04-AMA10.

This cylinder has 1 1/4 inches of stroke and 8 inches overall length in the closed position. Shaft measures 5/16" diameter.
