A: We are located at 24 Seneca Avenue Rochester, NY 14621.

Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Excludes major holidays.

Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase excluding major holidays.

Q: Can I get next day shipping?
A: Yes, we offer next day shipping services that can be selected at checkout. All orders must be received before 2:30 PM US/EST for next day shipping.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we do offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery.

Q: Are you an authorized distributor of the products you sell?
A: No, we are not authorized distributors of the products we sell.

Q: Do you use stock images?
A: No, we do not use stock images. The majority of our pictures are of the actual product you will receive.

Q: Will the product I receive be exactly like the one pictured?
A: For products with multiple quantities, there may be slight differences such as serial numbers. However, we strive to ensure that the product you receive matches the description and pictures as closely as possible.

Q: What types of products do you sell?
A: We specialize in surplus and overstock inventory across a variety of categories, including industrial items, electronics, tools, home goods, and more.

Q: Are your products new or used?
A: We sell a mix of new and used products. Please refer to the item pictures for exact condition.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items being sold in "AS-IS" condition are not eligible for return.
