- Harris® 6290-VVCP Size 2 is a two-piece, propylene, chrome-plated machine cutting tip. It cuts up to 4 in. thick plate at a cutting speed of 7 in. per minute (I.P.M.) and requires 100 PSIG of cutting oxygen, 10 - 25 PSIG low-high oxygen preheat and 4 oz. - 2 PSIG of preheat fuel. This tip has a 325 SCFH cutting oxygen flow rate, 40 SCFH low preheat oxygen flow rate or 16 SCFH propylene flow rate for cutting metals. The approximate kerf is .12 in. Best when used with Harris machine cutting torch model 98-6F.
