This is an Auction for a New Pneumatic Fabco-Air Pancake Double Acting, Double Air Cylinder, Model # D-221-X-E-MR/G-221-X-C4-E-MR with 5/8" pistons - 1 5/8" Bore.

Double cylinders - 1" and 2 1/2" stroke

Cylinder measures 6 3/8" High x 2 1/2" Diameter.

Force exerted is 1.76 times air pressure.

Magnetic piston & sensor mounting slots included

Pancake cylinders were designed to satisfy the need for short stroke cylinders that would fit in very tight spaces.

Includes Sound Limiters on both ends. For applications where you need a small amount of cushion at the end of the cylinder stroke to take out the metallic "slap" of piston head on piston stop. This is accomplished by placing an O'Ring on the piston, and/or in the rear cover so that initial contact is with the elastomer and not metal-to-metal. The Fabco-Air design assures sufficient compression of the seals to allow full stroke.

Includes a Stroke collar. For those "in-between" strokes, a STROKE COLLAR is incorporated on the piston rod. The collar fits tightly on the piston rod so that it cannot float as the piston is stroked. Tolerance on the stroke is ± 1/64".
