The Sony MD20 Series Interpolator is a NC feedback detector unit for position control. The unit generates A/B phase output signal with a resolution of 0.5 µm. The MD20 series have A/B phase signal, up/down signal, zero point signal and alarm signal output by differential line driver and selectable resolution and ouputpulse width.
